Silver 5 support main LF duo or team.

Hey gang I am a sona main LF a duo or team. I was so close to getting out of S5 this last weekend I could taste it. Then I lost a few games now I am back down to 24 LP. I feel a duo ADC or a team would help me up my win rate so I can get out of here. I am still pretty new, but I read everyday, and watch videos.
