ive calculated that halftank viegar is probably the strongest midlaner to go with my khazix

pretty much u spammin dem stuns and doin work and scaling like a beast

i want you to go this build on veigar

rod of ages, rylais, void staff, warmogs, liandrys, sorc boots

ive judged its super strong because it gives veigar tons of health, and the warmogs regeneration (like a garen passive) and full tankbusting items to kill their tanks (void staff, liandry). PLUS rylais slow for insane kiting

23 games Kha'zix 4.2/5.3/6.7 2.03 KDA Average 23 games, 48% win rate Smite/Ignite, Deathfire Touch, Mana Regen masteries Veigar + Kha + Calculations = strong.

Why would anyone want to tank their MMR and queue with you?

I can't believe he even suggested a veigar run only 10% cooldown and so late in the build. These calculations must be mind blowing.

the purpose of the 10% cdr is

veigar has rod of ages for only mana item

with 40% cdr, veigar can go oom with only rod

so. with 10% cdr, veigar can keep spamming his spells and just pretend he has infinite mana. because pretty much he should never go OOM because he doesnt have the CDR to spam enough spells to go OOM

Yeah, I wish Riot would make Veigar's abilities 10 seconds longer so that Veigar players don't run out of mana. If they can't use spells they can't run out of mana! That is next level thinking right there

Well Veigar doesn't need infinite mana he just needs to burst in team fights. Teamfights do not require infinite mana and veigar needs to stack early game hello? 40% CDR would be way better and you can recall if you don't have mana like wtf is this logic. This post just shows that you really don't understand the game at all.
