i think GP adc can be decent and strong. but of course, maybe im totally wrong, so i wanna test it out to judge its power level.
i think GP adc can work good with my lichbane janna i was thinking about
the janna build is eye watcher, lichbane, mejai, rod ages, cooldown boots, ludens, sell boots for warmogs (super lategame)
since u lack 10% cdr runes. we will get ardent instead of ludens
i feel the build will do good damage, and be pretty strong. your maxing W which makes you super fast, and deals good damage and slows and you get 2 lichbane procs in trades. heres how it works
before level 6, you are fairly weak and you just wanna stand back and spam shield on your ADC. dont try to do trades before level 6, just shield your adc and be super safe.
AFTER you get sightstone, is probably when you wanna start trading because sightstone lets you have ward coverage to see incoming ganks. you usually dont wanna actively trade with your enemies without vision
when i say "trades" i mean fighting in lane, incase you were wondering
your trading plan pre sheen is run up, shield yourself, auto, W, auto. and that procs thunderlords and is easy to do because w speeds you up for your first auto, then you w them to slow them and auto again. you can get easy thunderlords procs that way
once your sheen is done, you trade by doing W (to slow them. and you keep autoing) then sheen has a 1.5 second cooldown. so 1.5 seconds AFTER your first auto you want to sheld yourself which gives you ANOTHER sheen proc. and your slow lasts for 3 seconds so its pretty easy to get in 2 sheen procs. so this is really nice high damage for a support. i think it will be really good trading. 2 sheen procs plus a thunderlords, dang
item path will be: start spellthief, refill potion
stand back shielding adc early, be super safe, and normally you can survive to 500. recall at 500 for frostfang
after frostfang you can probably start shooting W and doing light trades to generate gold
get sightstone next. then dark deal.
then lichbane. then cooldown boots.
thats 6 items. then sell refill potion for catalyst
then at 1600 upgrade to rod ages
then get mejais
then upgrade to eye watchers
then thats 5 items, finish with ardent censor. sell boots for warmogs if game lasts that long

the reason is cuz i think q isnt needed at all. this lets you get W max at lvl9, which i think is super good. makes u very fast and good damage
and you still get 3 E ranks early game, which i feel makes a decent shield. after 3 E ranks it usually doesnt break and u can max W by lvl9
EDIT: oh yeah wanted to say bit more
with this build your damage is high, speed is high, shield is strong. so mostly during the midgame you wont even be shielding your adc, you will be shielding yourself and trading with the enemy all by yourself, while the ADC just farms cs.
this build makes you so fast that after 20 minutes you are zooming around the map doing good damage while slowing enemies cant catching people out. and remember that most of the time you probably just wanna shield yourself (your shield gives you more damage, and makes you tanky) and just do work yourself. its almost like your the adc with your damage output, and your doing work while your adc farms. then in teamfights, sure shield whoever you like
oh and i didnt even mention your ultimate. basically just use your ultimate for in-fight burst healing. its nice that way
