Looking for a Team

Silver 5 here, but i play way better than that. Ive been told but a few gold players, and they were shocked i was only silver 5. I play very well as a team, not so much by myself. I want to get objectives rather than chase kills, so my solo que experience hasn't been very pleasant. Every team i play with would rather chase a kill mid, rather than take the open turret and try to win. I wouldn't mind if you want to practice with me or something to see how i do, and you can make your decision then. But i hate being silver! Especially because i practiced csing so much and watch so many pros play to learn how to play the game. I have learned all the lanes, but i am best as a support or ADC. I have been practicing jungling with elise ALOT lately and know how to go mid and top.
