Silver V Sona Support main looking for a coach

I feel like, at the very least, playing with high bronze/low silver players is where I should be right now but I want to work on improving with hopes of hitting Gold by the end of the season.

There's only so much I can improve upon by myself so I'm looking to find a coach. Someone to spectate my games or watch replays with me to point out what I did wrong and what I should have done instead. (i.e. shouldn't have tried to ward that, bad time to use redem, should have been positioned here instead of over there, etc.)

I'm pretty friendly and I take criticism fairly well so long as you're not overtly condescending about it so hit me up if you feel like taking this noob under your wing.
