LF friends/teammates for Normal Draft / Teambuilder

Hi i'm looking for some friends to play draft normals and/or teambuilder with.

About me / What i'm looking for:

Times of Availability:

Me: Approximately 4am - 7pm PST (or i guess it's PDT right now technically, but you know what i mean). I don't plan to play all day long, but i can be flexible.

You: Anytimes in that range.

Age:

Me: I'm 37.

You: Your age doesn't matter (but see the Demeanor section below; there may be some correlation there with age).

Preferred Roles:

Me: I like to play all the roles.

You: I would prefer that you are the same, so we can switch it around.

Communication:

Me: I would like to use some variety of voice communication, i prefer ventrilo, but i think we would probably use Skype or Curse voice, since they are the most common. We could figure this out later.

I share my opinions, but i don't do it in a condescending or mean-spirited way (or i try not to) and usually it's something positive anyways so that doesn't even come into play.

You: A working mic and voice comm program. You should both be amenable to feedback, and be willing to give feedback to other players. When you give feedback you should be polite.

I'm looking for people who are neither so shy (or whichever reason) that they never criticize another person, nor so overbearing that they try to dictate every little last thing someone else does.

Demeanor:

Me: I'm pretty laid back. I don't rage, but i might offer a snarky comment if someone insults me. Most of the time i'm quite positive, encouraging, and fun-loving.

You: First and foremost, don't be a jerk. That should go without saying, but this is League and i suppose none of us are really surprised by it anymore. Be generally calm while we're playing. If you're saying something it should be about the game. About what we should be doing next. Not about what just happened (unless its "Next time do it this way") and definitely not about your cousin's friend's barmitsvah that you went to. (But see below Gameface section if we take a game off to goof around).

Skill Level:

Me: I'm not really sure. I'm unranked.

You: Doesn't matter (but do be level 30). Willingness, if not necessarily eagerness, to improve should be there.

Strengths in game:

Me: Objective focus. Teamwork. Playing the vision game. At least i like to think so.

You: Any or even none (but see skill level section above).

Weaknesses in game / Areas you'd like to improve:

Me: Reaction time, probably laning in general.

You: Any are ok.

Gameface:

Me: Yes.

You: Yeah, we can always take a game off here and there to goof around if needed. I'm not looking for full-on tryhards necessarily, but i am looking for people who put in an effort generally when they play.

Ranked?:

Me: Not right now, maybe at the beginning of next season or the season after.

You: Probably not with me, unless you don't mind waiting a year or two.
