TOP looking for Flex team to try and hit Diamond

I am a top main looking for a team to try and hit Diamond in Flex que. I dont really care about tournaments all that much, but it would be cool to do the occasional one(clash) every now and then. I am mainly available tuesdays and fridays, but i can play anytime before 5 pm est any other day
