LF duo Jinx/Twitch, Gold+

I really am interested in finding a Jinx or twitch main who likes consistent peel and carry potential. I am a gold 4 Support main, but can easily be higher and am looking for someone gold+ to duo with in ranked. I have been playing league for years but ranked is more fun with a premade plan. I prefer to play Janna and I want to find someone who realizes that with good tornado and monsoon peel, a Jinx or twitch can be a strong pick regardless of the enemy team. Lategame janna/jinx or janna/twitch can be consistent and devastating since I peel off assasins and threats while the carry deals the damage from long range. Basically you must love playing Jinx/twitch and should not be scared of picking them since my sole job is to peel for you and get you fed if possible. You must have good mechanics and be able to farm well, know how to poke, know how to kite, etc. I am hoping a gold+ jinx player will have these basic mechanics.
