Desparate for a plat+ duo for last promo game of the season

Hi Guys, I was in plat 3 earlier this season and decayed to gold 5 when my computer crapped out. Got a new computer, puttered around in g5 playing new champs. I didn't realize that I needed to end the season plat for the new border. Got into promos. 2 wins 2 losses. had an afk and an intentional throw. Really annoyed.

Please get me into plat for the end of season. 1 Game. Make it or break it time. LEGGOOOO THANKS! (jungle main btw)
