Hello, I am currently looking for a team that is currently looking for the Coach. I have experience that I will share with you to show that I have experience at a high level of Coaching. Little bit about myself, I have been playing League for about 4 1/2 years now. I started Coaching around 3 years ago. I was watching Monte Cristo explain a Coaches position in the LCS and how important they are to a team. Ever since then, I have been coaching teams. I started off small with Bronze and Silver teams. Then progressively get to higher teams. In March of 2014, I started with Final 5. They had a Teamspeak server with 3 Diamond 1 teams. I Coached each team for about 5 months before the teams depart. Throughout the year I worked with teams here and there. And in 2015, I was invited to work with Lagg Esports. At the time, they were the #1 ranked 5 Challenger team for NA. I was with them for about 2 months before going over to VwS Gaming. They made it last years NACS. They changed their name to Aware Gaming. Unfortunately, we lost and shortly after that, the team broke apart. Ever since then, I have been working hard to go further than I did before. And now I am looking for a team with a potential future.

These are what I can offer to your team if you let me be your coach:

*Leadership: As a coach, you have to be a leader and put your team in the right direction.

*Pay attention to detail: Review Replays of previous matches or Professional matches to get better at our Micro and Macro play.

*Motivated: I always come into the room with high motivation. Sometimes I give little speeches to boost players emotional level after a loss. Or even after a win, I will give one. Always a good connection between the players and the coach is huge. It is a professional job, but making the players more relaxed around me would allow more trust and less stress on the players.
