Nemesis draft dodging solution

I am so SICK of people dodging in nemesis draft. I mean you should kinda know what to expect. with that said I think after a person dodges nemesis draft 3 times in a day they should be banned from it for the remainder of the day. if they dodge 3 more times the next day then perma banned from playing nemesis draft. In return make the selection time a bit longer so that people don't accidentally dodge.

It was worse on the PBE before they increased the dodge penalty lol

No no no. I HAd to dodge a game because one guy was choos FIROA for enemy team really? and also he was in my last two match making and he choose Kat and yi in those. so poepl dodged thos too. So is it our fault ebcause we dont want any Op champs in enemy team
