Issue: Team builder queue reset

I would like to point out that it is kind of BS that being kicked from a group in team builder resets your queue timer.

Why? I see that some groups are looking for top lane mages, so I pick ziggs top and start queue. This isn't common but its not like its a terrible idea. About 5 minutes into the queue i get the popup to join a team. I hit join at the last second, which means the group had 15 seconds to deny me getting into the room that they didn't use. I am immediately kicked without any discussion and now my time in the queue is 0 meaning I either have to do something I don't want to do or wait at least another 5 minutes.

This makes zero sense, the wait times are long enough in team builder without getting reset arbitrarily. Can we get this changed to not reset like that? Or at least give you 5-10 seconds after you're accepted into the room before you can be kicked so you can convince the people not to reset your queue like dicks.
