Battalion Mode?

You guys remember those strategy games that have you send out different types of troops in the battlefield? Games like Warfare 1917, or Zombie Trailer Park, or Halo Wars. What if there was a mode where five (Or three depending on the map) players on each team plays as champions, but one extra player controls the minion waves by sending out different types of troop combinations into each lane. Not just the minions we see usually but a variety of minion troops.

Instead of just melee minions or range basic attack mage minions or cannon minions or melee super minions, we could also have these wave have gunners or bowman or spell casters or whatever types of minions you can think of. Not only that, what about different summoner spells made to buff minions?

I don't know. Whatever type of set up from an army strategy game that could have a possibility of being put in League of Legends for a new game mode. What do you guys think?
