Riot Gamplay Map Ideas

Will there ever be a concept of Night and Day on any current or new map that Riot will produce?

I think this concept would be interesting, to actually have a Night and a Day, along with the benefits that come from each to each champion out their.

This idea could also have impact on the skins a person has. Blood Moon skins would thrive in the dark and cloudy nights, while the commando skin line, due to their glasses might have a bit more armor and magic resistance.

The jungles and or lanes could also have a weather effect. If it ever snowed, those of the frelijord would gain advantages.

These maps could have one were everything happens at a certain time, or one that randomizes it.

This all would put a whole new sense of strategy to the game.

So, if any of this were to happen, any at all, assuming that some if it could perhaps happen, it would be years down the road, and with even better technology (maybe with Riot, but mainly with people like me, who experience lag on the current map). However, does this sound like a good idea? It may be far-fetched, but I would definitely enjoy this map. Would you?
