Game Mode Idea: Throwback

If you're at all like me you hearken back to the days when DFG was a 25% + 4% current health scaling nuke and think "oh man those days were really fun". Or, if you've been playing longer than me you might recall innervating locket or stacking Gunblades, or stacking Philo Stones and think "those were the good old days"

And well, they weren't the good old days, but we can pretend. And, more importantly we can answer the age old question of "which insanely crazy overpowered champion and item was the most insanely crazy and overpowered on Summoners Rift". Or if we can't do that we can at least answer the age old question of "oh man how crazy would full AP rengar have been if he existed with full crazy DFG at the same time"

And we can do this by taking each and every item and champion in the game and bring them back to the point where they were their strongest and most ridiculous. Release Xin Zhao? Check. Twisted Fate with his port on a basic ability? Check. Eve with her long duration, no detection, stealth into stun? Check. Metagolem? Check. League of Black Cleavers? Check. 90 AP Pimp Cup? Check. Triple Snowball Stack? Check. Zhonya's Ring? Check. Stuff that was so crazy I don't even know about it? Check

And now, i know what you're asking yourself next. "But will it be balanced?". Ah ha ha ha ha no. But it will be fun and that is what will matter
