Blind Draft in Custom Games

My friend and I really enjoy 1v1ing each other, but the only stumbling block is the mode. We like to have a ban phase to help shape our pick, however choosing draft mode means that first pick can be easily countered (for example, any ADC can just have a tank picked against them). What we usually do is call out bans to each other in blind pick over Skype, however this would be streamlined significantly if we could pick a blind draft format at the start.

I have no idea how much work would have to go into this, but I was wondering if it was something that anybody had thought of before.
