What do you think about the new AP item paths and prices (Patch 5.13)? People can start Needlessly Large Rod now (1250g) and a few Potions to rush a big item. Not sure this is a good sign for ARAM tbh. Is this the return of the poke champs?

Minarde1 votesStarting NLR doesn't really leave you with enough money for sustain. Running OOM after a spell rotation or having to hang around at 40% health means you're much less useful than someone who has the mana/health to continue contributing. It might work on assassins or mana-less champs, but mana-based poke champs probably shouldn't start NLR.
Poorly Dressed1 votesI totally agree, but it makes super weak early phases for Katarina even stronger (just an example). Or maybe Veigar with with his integrated chalice as passive. I usually see a lot of people go oom with chalice/tear/tripple doran after 60 seconds because they randomly throw out spells like no tomorrow without even hitting ;)
