Ranked Team Rewards

To qualify for rewards in a team setting is it just you have to win 10 games on the team? If it is, shouldn't it be like a % of the total games played for the season so it would stop teams "giving away" rewards by letting the "carried" player play for 10 games during early placements and putting in the "A" team to climb the ladder? Or am I mistaken and it is a % or something else?
