A New Map and Game Mode

So basically there should be a new map (Whatever Riot feels like) and that map should be specifically for the URF game mode. (It doesn't have to be URF, but it should be)

I was thinking of a circular arena for a FFA type of battle. There should be like 10-20 min or a set of lives for each player. All the items in the store should be free and every champ set to level 18 with skill points in everything.

I like the idea but it should not be a live system but more of a timer because the champs below would just never die. By the way great idea.another add-on would be that you could choose the gamemode you play the time would be like half of an hour?
