A New Map and Game Mode

So basically there should be a new map (Whatever Riot feels like) and that map should be specifically for the URF game mode. (It doesn't have to be URF, but it should be)

I was thinking of a circular arena for a FFA type of battle. There should be like 10-20 min or a set of lives for each player. All the items in the store should be free and every champ set to level 18 with skill points in everything.
