Please add a offline singleplayer / storymode

You know, some people don't have great internet or a decent computer set up or maybe just aren't at a place with internet. I mean I have some friends who can't afford either but really want to get into League of Legends. So I think Riot should add in a offline single playermode for just those people, so when they can play they have some characters and experience to go in with. I mean the AI is great and can be a challenge. The story would be a way to bond with your favorite champion and learning about the world of RuneTerra. Either the story would be based around a single champion or a task that a summoner is chosen to solve with a champion of his/her choice. I personally just want the single player mode but the story would be nice.
