What are the strong Meta Champions on Ranked 3's atm?
I'm looking to get into Ranked 3's and was wondering what champions excel on the map. I figure stuff like Khazix, Riven, Irelia, Jayce would excel but who else really?

Depends on which lane. And you really don't have to play to the meta. If you know your champion well and you LIKE playing it, you can do much better woth him than any other champion.
