[Suggestion] Ultra slow fire mode!

As we have fun in urf when the fuse ends we could try something opposite:

Like gold income except items/kills/minions = you dont get gold at all if you just afk +80%cd = if you get blue + items you could get normal cd! Less mp and hp regen Less hp/mp regen from items -50% crit dmg, so with infinity edge you just get normal -50% crit and attack speed from items Longer cd on all item skills and summoner spells,flash,teleport.

and so on, just mode where everything is rly hard, rly slow, urf just the opposite. if you make mistake in urf you get back rly fat and not lose much, if you make mistake in usf it hurts , a lot
