Chat restriction game mode

After earning 1000+ games of chat restriction, I started focusing on getting rid of the chat restriction ASAP. I stopped playing ranked solo queue and started playing 3v3 vs bots on beginner and ending the game as fast as possible. It didn't take long for players to start getting annoyed and spam pinging me or swearing at my mother for me to wait until 7 minutes to end the game. (if you end the game before 7 minutes you get no xp or ip). I didn't mind about xp because I'm lvl 30 and I didn't care that much for the ip because its only 10 ip in a 7 minute win anyways and I was more focused on ending the chat restriction. At the end of every game where people would rage at me I would explain to them that I was sorry and that this is the fastest way to end chat restrictions. I would also inform them that if they played vs intermediate bots they would get even more xp and ip. Despite my efforts to reason with them they would still report me for "negative attitude." After being reported, I sent in an email to riot support explaining my situation and they responded with this statement: "We give every player the opportunity through the report feature to let us know when the experience has been adversely affected by the actions of another player. In this case, there is some possibility that ending games despite the players asking you not to is negatively contributing to your standing. Looking into your recent games I can tell you that the players you're engaged with are definitely concerned, as you're denying people first win of the day and games they would otherwise enjoy. The best way to get through chat restrictions is to play and finish games regularly as this has the best chance of positively influencing your standing. That is, of course, as long as you're contributing positively to the game." 300 games later of ending the game around 5 minutes I finally learned what I was doing was wrong. Personally, I thought the punishment for ending the game before 7 minutes was simply that you get no ip or xp. Apparently, now I will probably receive another 700+ games of chat restriction after I'm done with the 642 I had just received. It doesn't really make sense to me to restrict my chat when literally the only thing I've been saying was apologizing to my teammates. Anyways, now that I have explained my experience with chat restriction I will get to my point. The player behavior and game support told me the best way to end the chat restriction was to regularly end the game. I have a better idea. How about a new game mode to help us players out with our chat restriction. A game mode that only is unlocked to players with chat restrictions. Heres how it works: You simply queue up for 3v3 vs beginner bots and you are matched up with other players who are trying to get rid of chat restrictions as well. This way, nobody is missing out on xp or ip which would normally occur with the current 3v3 vs beginner bots game mode. There are others who are doing the same thing as me as well. Every once in a while I would find 1 or 2 other people who would join up with me. You might think you would have to sit in a long queue to find other people and thats a waste of time. The thing is, once you find just 2 other people you can stay grouped and play multiple games with them and you don't have to wait in queue to find new ppl every time. As well as the time spent waiting in queue will quickly be made up for when you save time each game by ending about 3 minutes earlier than usual. Through teamwork, you can end the game in under 4 minutes. This may not seem like much on a small level, but when you have a lot of chat restriction games to get rid of, you will end up saving a lot of time. Someone like me who has had 1000+ games of chat restriction would save about 3000 minutes with this new game mode. My math there is, assuming you would end in 4 minutes (you can easily end in less than 4 minutes with a full group), this saves you 3 minutes per game. 3 minutes per game x 1000 games of chat restriction = 3000 minutes, or 50 hours at the very least. Sure you can say "just don't get chat restriction in the first place." The thing is, I'm a little nerd rager at heart. Growing up, all of the online games I've played I never once got in trouble for the things I would say to people. In example, Halo, World of Warcraft, Call of Duty, Counter-Strike, Battlefield, Dota. In these games I was used to saying whatever I wanted to people and I wouldn't get in trouble because this is America and we have a Freedom of Speech. Then, I started playing League of Legends where the rules are much stricter. I've already been perm banned on a diamond 1 account. I have been suspended numerous times on multiple accounts. I have been chat restricted since the day it came out. League of Legends is a highly competitive game, people try really hard to win and put a lot of time and effort into the game. It is only natural to get angry when you lose. I am trying to change, I really am. It is hard to change a person's attitude in video games after they have been adapted to that attitude for 10 years. You are asking me to change 10 years worth of my lifestyle in a instant. This is not humanly possible, so people will always be restricted of chat. All I am asking is try to show us that you care and really want to help us change our attitude in the game by introducing this new Restricted Chat Game Mode. If you show us that you care, then that will definitely help us to show you that we care too, mutual respect.

You're only focusing on ending the chat restriction and not playing through full games. you're not 'learning the lesson' here. if there were a game mode specifically for ending chat restrictions, then chat restriction would be pointless because none of the offenders would have any concept that what they've done is wrong. You've gone from being verbally toxic to being a toxic sportsman. You have not yet understood that this game isn't all about you. stop focusing on ending the restriction and start focusing on working with your team - using pings.

In addition to my post, another idea came up to add onto my game mode. It doesn't have to be all about getting your chat restriction done, that can just be another feature to it. In my experience, playing 3v3 vs bots on twisted treeline, there seems to be a lot of people on either beginner bots or intermediate who are really just trying to learn new champions. However, they get teammates like me who can end the game in 5 minutes by myself and they really get nothing out of it. Which brings me to my new add-on to this game mode. Its the same concept as my originally idea posted above, where you queue up for 3v3 vs beginner bots and you get a full team who can queue over and over again and end the game asap to end chat restriction. This time, when you go to queue up you get multiple options. Option #1: Chat restriction game mode. (maybe put like a little description on it saying "find a team to end the game asap" or something. Option #2: IP or XP farming. Where you queue up and get a full team who ends the game at 7 minutes. This is the fastest way to get xp and ip. These two options make it so people who just started playing the game can continue to queue up for 3v3 vs beginner bots and they can actually learn the game instead of getting people who have been playing for a while and who are queueing up for the same thing they are but for different reasons.

What I don't understand is how you can't go 7 minutes without raging. Just /mute all and play the game as you will. Use smart pings. They won't chat restrict you for that. O.o Acknowledging what they're saying is just going to make it more likely they'll punish you.

Also, the idea is stupid and unnecessary. Playing the regular game while chat restricted isn't painful or awful, and neither is rushing through TT or Dominion.

I don't understand what's wrong about ending a game earlier than what others want too, it's YOUR game as well, the real issue is the setup in which the map doesn't give you xp/ip because you ended it too "early", sure there are a couple of reasons as to why, but that isn't an excuse to pretend its your responsibility, it's Riots, if they felt it is necessary to not give xp/ip if you end the game too early on a certain map then they have to accept the consequence (A lesser of two evils in this case). That reply demonstrated that Riot does not intend to accept what they created, or this specific person did not think when he was replying to your email.

Riot telling you that ending games quickly is toxic is about the stupidest thing I've ever heard, and that's saying something because I've got emails from their support that I'm pretty sure were typed out by 2nd graders.

There's like... so little difference between a 5/6 minute win and a 7:01 minute win. Just bloody let it turn over, since you're letting your rush to get out of chat restrictions cost ALL of your teammates 5-6 minutes of wasted effort.

This gamemode is already enabled in live, btw. It's called doing a premade.
