Low priority queue

Can we please do something about this, I'm not talking about removing it or making it less harsh just hear me out.

So I was going to play with my brother and his friends, and one of them was in a 20 minutes low priority queue. The queue finishes.... for everyone else but me, for some reason I was in a 40 second lag saying that's the time remaning, and when everyone else actually got to accept a game, I wasn't there.....

So we got kicked backed into lobby and my brother started the queue up again....... and had to wait another 20 minutes.

I was so mad at this, and I wasn't to only one (their hate was directed on me), I don't care if I had a 40 second lag and couldn't accept, what I'm mad at is that we had to wait another 20 minutes.

Once again can we please doing something about this.
