hexakill?

just played the hexakill twisted treeline. FPS drops constantly, especially when in team fights. abilities taking three or four times pressing keys to go off. watched other characters die without being hit after an attack, without dps or ignite on them. other players on my team had same complaints. too much going on? anyone else having difficulties? also, because of the game pace, isn't starting lvl1 actually too low? just some thoughts..
