singed vs sion?

so, this morning in teamplayer queue, singed's 'q' kept being disabled by sion(i think). it seemed that when stunned, the 'q' would toggle off. then it took a few presses at times to toggle it back on. it wasn't a mana issue, it was definitely 'on' as i ran into teamfights, doing my dps thing. my keyboard has never been thrown, etc. so i'm fairly certain it was due to the new patch. there were times i died, thinking "why isn't my chem trail killing them? i have at least 300ap". oh. it wasn't toggled on any longer. just a heads up. thanks!! gsp vs
