Aram and certain [R]'s
Some champions have game changing R's kayle and trynd are main known ones.
couldnt they have their duration/cooldowns modified for the map? (like u did with some champ sfor TT/dom)

The problem with this is that they aren't really trying to balance ARAM imo. If they really wanted to, I feel they would have probably adjusted poke champions numbers and not have even needed to implement mark. Also since the mode is just All Random(only the ones you own and F2P) All Mid, it doesn't make much reason for them to balance for champions that won't even be played. Also I feel the point of balancing them would be to make them all viable at some point and it just doesn't really work that well in ARAM. Certain champions just don't work well in ARAM because of how they were designed.
Kayle and Trynd are already underpowered in ARAM ... this is so subjective as well and would be a grand undertaking. I mean what about the champs that have devastating ults because of mark/dash? Galio, Amumu etc.? What about the ones that already had awesome ults? Ziggs, Lux, Kat, Fiddle? Along the same lines with kayle and Trynd, what about Zilean ult which imo is better than those 2 ults? Also, neither Kayle nor Trynd are among the top 15 in win rate or popularity in the past month, and Trynd is actually bottom 15 in win rate at 41%.
Ults are intended to be powerful and potentially game-changing. Duration/cooldowns aren't modified based on the strength of the ability itself, but based on the strength of the overall champion.
Are you trying to argue that Kayle and Tryn are weak champs in need of buffs or strong champs in need of nerfs?
i said them as an example.
others are jus tas guilty.
but RIOT modifies skills in TT and Dom so its possible for aram modifications.
a team w/o any CC (as its random it can happen easily) trynd is unstoppable. Kayle's R is in same situation(but not as major)
Fiddle's R has a requirement to target and channel so its not a major problem.
and Zileans doesnt make u immune/unkillable, it just revives u second later.
also Popularity/win rate means nothing.
people have varying skill levels with and agaisnt champs.
