3)Tower damage increased by 20%
4)All towers inhibitors and nexus regenerate health 5)Eyes dont work.

Good: 1)Basic attack damage increased by 15% 2)Passive effects doubled
3)Casting time decresed bt 50% A mode for summoner rift and the forest of Confusion :)
