New SR is near unplayable

I've never had any major problems with FPS on the old SR, always maintaining a solid ~30 frames, but in the 2 games I've played on the new SR, I can barely keep up a 20, none the less not drop to 0 every 10 seconds. It was fine on the PBE (and still is) and fine when I used a mod to re-skin SR back in August/September, but since the new SR hit Live, I haven't been able to play on it. I have to play on draft or ranked, as those are the only 2 modes still running old SR, and I don't want to have to wait so long through a draft, only to not get the role or champ I want :/.
