Map-Specific Item Diversity Suggestions

This discussion is focused on the Twisted Treeline. Please don't bring irrelevant information such as "the game isn't balanced for that map" here.

I play a lot of 3s (Twisted Treeline/TT), and I'm noticing an increasing disparity between ideal builds and practical ones. Moonflair Spellblade (MFSB, item 3170) is a great addition to Twisted Treeline. I love that there're different items for different maps, to help with balancing for an altered (yet still serious, unlike just for laughs URF) game mode. Riot does show TT some love every once in awhile, which is fine. I understand that it isn't most players' main focus. I just think with the new jungle items, the time has come for some more new, 3s specific items. MFSB, for example, was a great item on tanky AP junglers such as Maokai during season 4. It's still a good item, but I feel like roles are becoming more and more rigid. The new jungle items are perhaps the biggest examples of this. item 3725 only gives HP. That isn't enough of an allure if I'm gonna be a pure tank, sacrificing any AP. Pure tanks are a thing in 5s, but that's generally a bad idea in 3s, unless you have a team comp set up for it. For the casual player, you need to have a mix of offense and defense. It isn't ok to just deal a bunch of damage and then die. Since fighter junglers like LeeSin, XinZhao, Warwick, MonkeyKing, and Udyr will be just fine even without any new 3s items for them, I propose two potential options: Either make going pure tank in 3s an attractive option, or make weaker, cheaper alternatives to lane mage items such as item 3027. It's unfair to expect Maokai and Anivia to pay for the same item, when both need it. Junglers' incomes are a lot lower than laners. Maybe something that takes a item 3010 + item 1052, only gives 30 AP, 300 HP, and 300 MP by default, and keeps the "ages" stacking component, topping out at 50 AP, 500 health, and 500 mana. Again, the numbers can be changed, these're just ideas. The other option (making pure tanks a better idea) would be to make an all in one defensive item. For example: item 1028 + item 1028 +item 1031 + item 1033 + item 1033 = 400 health, 50 armor, 50 MR, and Tenacity. No aura, to keep it from having the same fate as Runic Bulwark. If someone else built this item, they'd be missing out on any form of damage or utility. It'd just provide raw, defensive stats. Also, with an item like this, it'd give the opportunity for someone like Maokai or Nunu to use their jungle item for the Magus enchantment item 3724, as a cheaper, offensive option. Another tank-oriented idea is item 3211 + item 3024, providing health, mana, armor, MR, health regen, and CDR, but without having an enormous stat bonus to any one stat.

I expect the following to be fixed in the next patch, but it needs to be addressed: item 3106 currently has a recipe cost of 0 gold. Either remove it as intended or add the correct cost.
