Wheel of Fate Map

In Team Fortress 2, there's a Halloween event stage that makes both sides fight the wizard, Murasmus whenever he appears. But while he is gone, he sometimes activates this Wheel of Fate where it gives randomly chosen effects to both sides. Effects like Invincibility, Low Gravity, Super Speed, Bleed Out, whatever effects you can think of.

What if that was part of a another stage? Or maybe part of an event to put this in one of the existing stages?

Can you imagine seeing the wheel of fate spin and land on something that can give or take away the advantage of each side? I thought it would be something Riot could try out in the later future.
