Why is TTL so damn broken?

TTL is a small map, great for quick fights and fast paced play. Why is the respawn not scaled with it? Or even the XP gain. I watch people sit there at level 6, unable to do anything, and the other team is at 14 (at least), steamrolling the game. You fall behind, you stay behind. You die, you might was well stay on platform as they take out 3 turrets, the inhibs, and the nexus, all at once.

Because Rito is dumb regarding snowball mechanics. Kill gold and XP is too high, there is no passive XP at all, and double altars offer too much map control. One team ahead makes it too dangerous based on the map for the team behind to farm back up. The advantage piles on top of itself.

Cut kill and minion gold and pump up the passive.

I've only seen peoplefall 2-3 levels behind even in stomps. lvl 6 to lvl 14 is like, how did the game not end yet?
