Remake after first blood?

We got first blood at 2:17, second kill at 2:25. Did something change so that they can still remake if ffirst blood had been claimed?

First blood only prevents a remake if a person DCs after the first blood. If someone was DCed and never came back, first blood can still happen and remake is still possible.
