patch 5.14 design

I have beed playing league since season 2 and almost every riots' changes were good in my opinion or they were made as additional. I know some players who dont like new design changes. Can you return previous items/champion panels as additional in interface settings? For example, i played about 10 normal games in 5.14 and cant continue with this design, it is so uncomfortable for me and so players.
