Katarinas' resets bug

Abilities blocked after getting resets from kills.(q and r in my case). Reloading game client and pvp client didnt help. The same with changing skills' buttons and using skills by mouse. Happend 1st time in 50 games. I think it is connected with getting resets for skills by their cooldown and passive at the same time. Didnt try to die to get availability of these skills, cause game ended.
