Allow smite on howling abyss and crystal scar

Okay, simple request here...allow smite on crystal scar and howling abyss. Why? Because of the new jungle items. In Howling Abyss, there's often the case that a team can have a massive lack of waveclear, and one way to really mitigate that would be for multiple champions to take blasting smite, and help their team clear waves. On Dominion, challenging smite or chilling smite would also open up strategic diversity, and maybe allow some champions to be viable when they weren't before.

Thoughts?

Neither Challenging smite nor Chilling smite are better than Exhaust, but I could see purple smite being okay on ARAM. I think a better solution would just be to decrease the cost of the Hydra items on that map.

Fair enough, but you might have them up more often than exhaust, and you can take smite and exhaust ^_^

The jungle items kind of suck without a jungle. Riot would just add a bunch of clutter and trap options. Pass.

Dunno about you, but I'd REALLY appreciate blasting smite in ARAM. Yeah, there'd be trap options, but you can't help those silly enough to fall into them.

You're spending 850 gold in order to replace one of your summoner spells with an AoE smite? Doesn't sound like a good idea to me.

You mean spend 850 gold to keep my towers alive far longer and build into devourer as opposed to a once-in-five-minutes flash on someone like Shyvana?

Or you could get a Blasting Wand or almost a Pickaxe for those 850 gold. And you could run Exhaust/Ignite/Snowball/Heal/Flash/Barrier over Smite. As for Devourer, you'd need 30 takedowns to make it Sated.

As for Cinderhulk, it's not really that impressive. 2250 gold for 400 health, 15% bonus health, a weak mini-sunfire and the ability to use a special Smite. Meh, it's barely worth it until you get 2500+ bonus health, which won't happen until really late game. And you've been using Smite all that time.

Snowball/smite. Problem with getting the offensive item is that it'll do much less than a blasting smite to help you clear waves. If your comp is getting poked down and cowering around turret early on, the last concern you have is fighting champions. And regarding 30 takedowns for devourer--that's quite feasible in an ARAM game. Similarly so in Dominion, with its high body counts.

Cinderhaulk on ARAM. I want you to think long and hard on if this is what you really want. Do you really want me playing Mundo with over 7k hp on ARAM? Sion? Alistar?

Actually, I'd love to play Cinderhulk on ARAM ^_^
