I would suggest making aram surrender at 10 or 15 min for those who have a total loss game. I talked to most of my friends and others on here and 90% agree with it. The others that won't agree with it either don't play enough aram or would say something along the lines "it's just a bad game no need to change" which defies the logic of the situation and who has enough experience to deal with it
If your entire team wants to surrender a complete stomp fest then just afk at the fountain till the enemy pushes. You want to surrender a "total loss game" yet you keep clearing minions/killing the enemy.
There's nothing wrong with the surrender time. Sides, who surrenders in ARAM? You play it knowing what the game mode is all about but want to quit just because the enemy got the "seemingly" better team.
Tl;Dr it doesn't need a change.
I could agree with it being at 15 minutes, it wouldn't hurt anything. With that said it is an ARAM. It is a fun go lucky mode, not a 'lets win this for freljord!' mode. Losing is half of this game (In general), just relax and play.

If they just made every character free in it, there probably wouldn't be a need for surrendering early.
The problem with the surrender time in aram is when your opponents have the game in the bag and just sit around farming and waiting for minions to end the game for them. It's one thing to play till you lose, it's a totally different thing to toy with your opponents and waste their time for 10+ minutes.
lower surrender time would be nice.
rather get all champions unlocked though, it would decrease the need for an earlier surrender time since stacked teams would be more unlikely
