Perma ban Win traders/Obvious trolls/Feeders, not over chat talk

I have been playing this game for since about season 2 era. I used to be very "toxic" such as running it down mid, going afk, obvious trolling etc. I stopped doing that ever since I got my account banned from the tribunal system (community votes your behaviors). It was much more difficult to be permanently banned, because it had to be more of a severe case, such as yelling racist/homophobic slurs, cheating, feeding/afk . But over the course of years Riot has changed the report system, making your ban much much more easier, even if you are just trolling in chat. And it is now I hear from everyone proclaiming "just turn off chat" because it has gotten so bad. But I believe that there can be a better solution than just turning off chat so you don't get permanently banned.

What I think that would be a much better solution to focus more banning on the cheating/trolling/etc, is to start permanently ban chat instead of the account. Most cheating/trolling players slipped through the cracks way more than chat convos. Due to the fact this game is heavily communicated needed for people, there are thousands of reports daily for just chat logs and it's workload for riot. This is why they introduced the recent banning system. This new ban system is game chat restriction > 25-game chat restriction > 2-week suspension > Permanent suspension. This is just due for even chat activity only. Perma ban chat would still keep up the player base for league and not have such a negative community, the community has been very negatively impacted because of how easily you can get banned. You can easily categorize of what player does what when toxic, such as is he just talking in chat, or if he is just feeding, or if hes doing both; With that knowledge right there Riot can easily make a better path of what can get banned. 30-40 Minute games can be very stressful but I would definitely have a negative player on my team over a feeding/afk/trolling player.

The game can still be playable and probably would have much of a less negative community if they have went to that route. Many games do those standards to ban your chat, but you can still be able to play the game. League is actually one of the very few games that I know that will perma ban you for your chat sessions. This is also the fact perma ban is rare across multiple game platforms because majority is cheating/hacking/etc. I am not saying toxic chatting is by any means good in anyways, I am just saying that perma ban account is just too steep for it. I have many friends who are great players, would never feed or troll the game, but chatting is the only thing that would get them down.

Alternatively, keep the system they have now and ban for all of the above, because it all makes the game less enjoyable for the people playing it. Chat bans don't work. They essentially had that before, and the players just resorted to other forms of trolling instead. I don't understand why so many people are trying to find an alternate solution to something that isn't a problem.
