Team Builder Queue Times

Why does it take SO long to find a match? It's literally been 20 minutes, not one match. Granted, I am queueing as Ashe Marksman Mid, but I have a lot of experience with it and plenty of success. Am I the only one who accepts 'All Roles' in any lane except maybe bot lane?

30 minutes now. Either literally no one queues 'Any Role' for mid lane, or this system is broken.
