Revitalize League

So i have been thinking of ways for league to be revitalized, now what i mean by this is that League is what it used to be, it is not scaling or gaining players like it used to be, so what i am saying is that league is beyond its prime. But what I am thinking is how can we return to Leagues Prime. Now lets start on that plan: League lacks content, but you may be thinking WHAT? NO! but it is, yes we have 100+ champions to play and have over around 50 million combinations of those champions. But what LoL lacks is game modes, we have 3 permanently unlocked game modes, a fourth is added every so often but only for a 1-2 weeks. Examples are U.R.F, Ascension, Hexakill ETC. But we need more, because the 3 game modes we have just arnt enough we need more, and what i am thinking is a champion based DLC. Which means that Zed here gets his own campaign. Or something along those lines. So we would pay money to purchase a DLC for our favorite champion.now this DLC can contain the lore of said champ, so Zed: we can play him throughout his training etc. up to the point he joins the league. and little easter eggs. now the reason that this would revitalized LoL is because we get to play something other then SR but we get to see who our favorite champion is and can relate to them its also an additional Game mode which would be fun.
