Azir Ultimate bug

Recently especially over that past 10 or so games with azir i have counted over 20 times where champions have simply not been affected by my ultimate, theyre clearly in range, and they have no means of escape like flash or blink, yet for some reason they consistently are not affected by my ultimate in anyway. My teammates in those past games agree. Please fix this! Maybe it has something to do with riots move, maybe not, but plz fix this Azir is my favorite champion.

Okay. I love Azir even though I can't play him right, but he needs a simpler kit. There are champs that have Difficulty: 7 or Difficulty: 3 but Azir has a difficulty of 15. Not only is it hard to land his soldiers to attack but he consumes so much mana. And his ult is hard to land anyways. He needs a new and easier Kit. Azir
