Best Hide and Seek Rules (Dominion)
I have played many rule sets of this game but this one seems to be the funnest and most balanced. **-You may not like this style but this is just my opinion based on many games and many different rule sets that I have experience with. This rule set seems to be the most fair for both sides. **
RULES -Play the game as a draft mode. -4 or 5 hiders, 2 seekers -40 minutes to win as Hiders -Hiders get 5 deaths(4 hiders get 7 deaths) before needing to stay in the lit areas of the map -If Seekers kill hiders 5 times each before 40 minutes they win -Hiders start right away -Seekers start at 2:20 -No capturing turrets.
ITEMS -Hiders can only buy items that are movement speed items or that will build into a movement item. This sounds bad but it makes it so people can't stack armor etc. You can buy as many of the same Item as you would like as long as it is in the movement speed category. ex. Dagger -- Zephyr ex. Philosophers Stone - Shurelias Rev -Seekers Can buy anything but may only purchase one item that slows/stuns the enemy. One seeker can buy a slowing item any time but the other must wait until 25:00. So as seekers work together to figure out what champion should have the slow first. The only exception to this is both Seekers may buy twin shadows at any point in the game in addition to their slowing item. -Seekers can not buy oracles until 15 minutes into the game. Only one can buy an oracle's at 15:00 and the other has to wait until 30:00.
CHAMPS AND ABILITIES -Evelynn, Udyr, Shaco, Rek'sai are permabanned. The only reason Teemo, Rengar, Twisted Fate etc. are not banned is because they are not TOO overpowered and may be used on either side as Hiders or Seekers so it all comes down to the ban's and picks during champion select. -Hiders may not use any damage abilities that are not meant for cc. They can only use cc abilities meaning slow, stun, taunt etc. Silence/blind is permitted, OR...they can use movement/speed abilities. ex. Teemo's w or Ezreal's e. -In this game mode, vision, movement abilities are allowed for the hiders such as: Garen's q- can be used for movement speed and to silence Seekers. Nidalee's traps, can be used to spot Seekers. -When a Seeker gets to or below 250 health they must recall immediately or instantly stand still and take a health pot. You may not cancel your recall. -Hiders may not damage seekers once they begin a recall if they are below 250 health. -Hiders can not aa at all until the very end of the game when the seekers need one kill to win/everyone has 5 deaths except one champ has 4. The only exceptions to this is during the game, while you have lives still, one single auto attack from a cc based auto-attack like udyr or twisted fates stun is permitted. -Anyone that kills a seeker while he is going b, or while he stops to heal, or by using an aa loses one life and must execute themselves.
5 DEATHS Once a hider suffers 5 deaths they must remain in the revealed areas of the map at all times. no exceptions to enter the shadows/bushes. They may not cap objectives. They may help their team along the edges using only cc abilities or heals/speed boosts but may not auto attack. As mentioned above, this changes once there is only 1 more kill to win. When the Seekers need one kill to win, everyone except the last person alive may attack full on and try to kill the Seekers. If the hiders win or the seekers win the losing team must allow the winners to capture all towers and win the game or simply surrender.
