Riot, please fix your laddering system.

So I know you probably have people rage about this a lot, but I want to talk a little bit about my thoughts on this topic. So recently, I have been trying to get back to Gold for season 5, and the process has been more than frustrating. First of all, I play with my cousins who are Platinum and Diamond players and usually do just as well and sometimes better than they do in games. So my performance is not an issue or should not be a reason for me to be stuck in Silver or even Gold for that matter. What makes me really mad about Riot's system is that it is sooooo hard to get promoted and soooo easy to get demoted. For example, I just got promoted from silver 3 to silver 2 this week, had 0 LP, and was winning and losing basically every other game(means I should stay in that league according to that sequence.), then I lost two in a row and got demoted. Two losses in a row and get demoted?! And now I have to play and win 5 of my next seven games or MORE in order to get back to my starting position. That is the most frustrating thing ever because it is not fair to people that are trying to play with players of equal skill level, now I know I am not pro, but I am not silver. Please fix this.
