A very Bard gamemode

Me and my friend thought of this today and I think it would be hilarious for like 1 gamemode in a week of 7 small, purely for fun gamemode. We thought of it being like mirror mode all for one with only Bard on each team. It lasts 20-30 minutes with all chimes spawned being neutral. This means that both teams can get them. You also dont have death timers to discourage AS Bard just killing everyone. After time runs out, the team that collected the most chimes wins. I very highly doubt it will become a gamemode but if it did I know I'd play it for at least a few days just for the hilarity of 10 Bard on a map. Does anyone think this could be even remotely possible to become a gamemode?

Also increase the speed of his ult, just for that.

I wanna make flashy plays where you stop them from getting a chime last second then steal it >:D

It would work for a week, if Rito made Bard free on that week. I would love to try this. They would also need to greatly increase the spawn rate of chimes, as only a few spawn every minute in regular games. Also, would everything else on the map still function, like towers, minions, dragon, baron, buffs, etc.?
