Sandbox Mode! :D

Ok, so i always thought... how amazing would it be if we can test our own builds effortlessly? I came up with an idea that we would have a mode called Sandbox.. and how its works is that you can change your level to what ever level you want and you also would have **unlimited gold **. I think this has been requested before but it died out but i hope riot could make this happen, it would be great to test out new builds in the game and not have to kill enemies and minions to do so.
