Please Read... (if you care enough)

I made a post about how i was perma banned for using third party programs... My account, B Monkee, Which i have used since around season 2 was banned June 20th, 2016... I didnt think much of it as i thought it was a good time for me to move on, many of my league friends miss me and ask me why im never on. I tell them the sad truth and it really makes me think more about how much im actually missing my account, its not the same as if i created a new one and leveled it all over again. It's not worth it because i've lost so much time playing on my account and just to see it be gone in an instant like that crushes my heart. I remember saving up for a computer just so i could play league of legends with my friend, league of legends is the reason i have a computer, When i just sit and think about it, league of legends was a big part of my life, i basically grew up playing this game, and i had many moments where league was something that helped me get through the day because i didn't really have any friends or people to talk to after school. League was much more than a game where i just hop into matches and play repetitive matches, it was a game where i was able to socialize more with my real life friends and meet new people.

Kind of off topic right now but lets talk about my ban. I was banned for "Malicious Use of Third Party Programs." On the day of October 21, 2015, I got a message with the following text "After an extensive investigation, your account: '*' has been detected using MKLoL/MKJogo, a third party application that unfortunately violates our current policies and the League of Legends Terms of Use. More specifically, this application automates several actions on your behalf, including chat and jungle timers.

For now, this is a warning, but continued use of this program will result in suspensions placed against you, and may ultimately result in permanent account closure."

My first instinct was to uninstall this program immediately, which i did. I played the game as i would normally, playing on league using curse chat with my best friends having a great time! (NOTE: Curse chat was allowed during this time period and did not violate any of league's rules) .

I then got an email June 20, 2016 with the following message "Greetings 'x',

Actions that have been performed on your account are in violation of the League of Legends Terms of Use. You can review these terms at http://www.leagueoflegends.com/legal/termsofuse

Due to the severity of this violation, your League of Legends account has been banned until Sun Feb 22 22:22:22 UTC 9001."

I never noticed i had a ban because it has been about 1-2 weeks since i played league and it was linked to my secondary email, i found out when i was skyping my friend and i checked my email.

The same day June 20, 2016 i got a message saying " Hello Summoner,

Your account: 'x' was banned due to the use of malicious 3rd party programs or modifications to your League of Legends client. We believe that all players should play on equal footing in an effort to promote competitive sportsmanship. You should be aware that modifying your League of Legends client is against the Terms of Use: http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/legal/termsofuse. We hope you can see that it is unsatisfying to play against other players who are using a tool to gain an advantage over others. "

Now the issue here is, I never use MKJOGO or any other program rather than curse for league. As soon as i got a warning, i took heed to it and i made sure i deleted the program from my computer. I couldn't believe my account was perma banned, especially for it being my first ban from the game ever (not including chat ban or low priority queue). I don't think its fair that i was banned, there was no proof brought up of me using a third party program past the date of when the warning was given to me and so i dont think my ban should be on this account, unless there is proof, then i will surely understand and will deal with the consequences of my actions

TL;DR: League was a big part of my life and i will surely miss it a lot. TL;DR: Information about my ban and why it was not fair; No information, Just plain banned... forever.
