Why waste the Bilgewater Black Market?

After the Bilgewater event, I noticed that all the items, brawlers, and upgrades from the black market remained. The Bilgewater event over all was pretty astounding; but the concepts brought to the rift for black market brawlers just seem too good to pass up. Instead of letting all the new items and brawlers go to waste, why not use them to spice up one of the less played game modes: Dominion. I've only played a few matches on the Crystal Scar; however, from those matches it seems like the game mode just needs a nice touch of its own to appeal to more people and adding the black market items to the game mode seems like a pretty good idea to do that.

I feel like it was an absolutely poor choice for them to get rid of Bilgewater Black Market, the map skin, and the narrator/music itself.

We need variety in this game, and Riot fails to see that.

i want the kiting blink ADC item back. after buying that, i finally felt like i had an answer to all the rampaging tanks in the game. and the cooldown was like 60s, too, so i couldn't abuse it multiple times in a teamfight.

item 3744 was such an awesome item. It would be good on someone like Ahri who can roam really well but I just loved the item as a second choice of Athene's.

item 3840 was also really interesting and could. It was fun to have my Support use it. Would be cool to replace Frost Queen's or just be a new Support item in general.

item 3911 this could make huge plays or just blow up the tank on your team instantly. Basically a -60% incoming damage buff on your carry.

Both the brawlers and the items would be terrible fits for Dominion. Brawlers would cause an awkward shift in focus towards minions in one of the only game modes that doesn't focus on minions. The items might be fine after some balance changes, yet would be another Mark/Dash fiasco until then.

Dominion needs more consistent attention, not some items haphazardly thrown in. The mode itself has appeal, but simply doesn't know to whom it's appealing. Game mode complexity drives away casuals. Lack of ranked/rewards/ladder/anything drives away competitive players. Meta stagnation from neglect drives away fans of the gameplay. Yes, adding BMB items and minion-variants might temporarily pull in some players, but it's not going to change anything long-term.

I expect those item to come back in S6. Right now we are approaching world. That's why riot wont make any other big change in the game. But yeah I thumbs up those items
