All Champions in ARAM... with a skin incentive?

I know enabling all champions in ARAM is not a new idea however there may be some tweaks that would benefit players and Riot. Now add a extra chance to get a champion if you own them and a extra chance per skin you own.

If all champions were enabled your chances at any champ are 1/126.

Now for example: You would have 1/126 chance to play any champs. If you only owned Teemo you would have 2/126 chance to play him. If you also owned 5 of his skins, now you would have a 7/126 chance to play him..and you buy Chroma skin (just for Riot) that will add one more chance.

I think this would be good for players who like ARAM, it adds a huge champion pool and would feel more random.

I think this is good for players who have spent money on skins because it would add a bit more value to them.

And good for Riot because there are alot of players who only ARAM and would buy skins to increase there odds of their favorite champs.

What do you guys think? or How can the be tweaked?

TL;DR To player who bought skins, they would have more value. To Riot, some people would buy more skins to up their chances in ARAM

Edit 1: At low lvls, Aram would not only be just free week champs over and over

Edit 2: ignore the math :) basically if you own the champ you have better odds to play him, if you own skins on a champ, even better odds

Your attempt at math makes me want to cry a little. There are always 126 champions, so it goes like this, assuming free week is ignored:

If you own 0 champions, each has a 1/126 chance to be played

If you own 33 champions with no skins, the ones you own have a 2/159 chance, and the remainder have a 1/159 chance, because the baseline 126 chances plus the 33 you're adding are 159.

If you own 1 Teemo with 5 skins and 50 champs with no skins, Teemo has a 7/181 chance, the other champs you own have a 2/181 chance, and the rest of the pool has a 1/181 chance.

The denominator has to change, understand? If every champ has an equal chance and I give another chance to Teemo, he doesn't have 2/126. Otherwise, adding them all up, I'll end up with 127/126, which doesn't work.

But that aside, I think it's a great idea, so enjoy an upvote.

No thanks. The only time I should have to play champs I don't ever want to own is during free week.

this seems like a nice idea, but then wouldn;t it discourage people from buying mystery skins because what if they end up with skins for champs they don't like?

This idea isn't very well thought out.

First of all, it allows you to manipulate your chances of getting certain champs with is the exact opposite of where we should be going with ARAM.

Second, what about champs with very few skins? Sucks to be you if you want to play them I guess?

And then there's the fact that many players own tons of skins from before ARAM even existed, for champs that are technically bad on the map. Again, sucks to be them?

Anyway, I vote no.

This is a pretty cool idea in it's basics but it shouldn't count number of skins and possibly not count skins at all. The problem with counting number of skins is that ARAM becomes pay to win because you can drastically increase your chances at getting champions you know the best or are the strongest in ARAM by spending RP.

The basic idea of giving a second chance to get champions you own is good and maybe it could count champion mastery as well, to give everyone better odds of getting champions they like.

I not sure this would help on level 30 account with most of champions unlocked already but low level ARAM is not random at all, almost always its the free week champions. I would support this change. If i got a champion i liked because i bought the skin.. bonus

I would love this because i hate doing aram and seeing only the free week champs. Nothing was more annoying than free week zilean. Literally every single aram i was in had a zilean on one team or the other.

No. The point of having all champions unlocked in ARAM would be to make it completely random. This just makes it dumber.

Have all champs unlocked, AND have all gold locked like Ascension had it.
