will new summ rift mess up FPS?

I am really worried that the new summ rift will really mess my fps up, currently i have a Samsung rf711 laptop that runs about 50-60 fps out of combat, reg combat it is 30-40 and team fights its 20-30.

i have all graphics very low except for character which I set very high.
