Summoner's Rift skins?!?!

In the past they had skins for Summoner's Rift, but they stopped applying them because I guess they were working on the new Summoner's Rift. But what I want is for them to make new skins that you can buy in the shop that applies on your client a new skin for the map. Sure there are mods that lets you do so, but once this map is released they'll be out dated (the modded maps would be I mean).

It'll be nice if in June you can have a snow covered Summoner's Rift to forget about the blazing heat outside. The only problem I can think of is that it'll be client side so you'll be seeing different things like a frozen river.

If they do make these buyable skins (or earnable via rewards). I would like to see Gromp (the toad) wearing a witches hat in the Harrowing, Gromp wearing a Santa hat during the Snowdown Showdown, and Gromp wearing sunglasses for the pool party map. And of course we can't forget poros on summoners rift for snowdown showdown.

TL;DR They should make applicable skins for Summoner's Rift like they have for wards.
